• Combined Property and Loss of Rent exposure up to £30M
• Loss of Rent up to 60 months
• Property Owners Liability – up to £5M LOI
• Employers Liability – up to £10M LOI
• Individual locations and multiple-site businesses
• UK-based portfolios
• Purpose built properties preferred
• Predominantly non-combustible construction
